The Mike Davids Band:
The Mike David’s Band are a group of guys with a passion for the music they play having been on the Birmingham music scene for quite a few years. Not only locally but some of the guys have been on the international scene also. The music they play has its own identity and can go from mellow to rocking it’s all in there. Blues, Swing, Rock Blues, Funk all with subtle hints of Jazz. Headed up by guitar maestro Mike Davids vocal and lead guitar, Chris Hutchins-drums, Chas West Bass Guitar, Steve Crumpler Rhythm Guitar, Obed Cunningham Alto Sax, Ian Davies Tenor Sax.
The Buzzin Hornets:
The band is steeped in the bluesy, country rock, Tex Mex Western swing and rockabilly style that has never gone away, and will always be popular with crowds looking for a good time! The Blues is in the background the swing is in the forefront, with the likes of John Hiatt, Ry Cooder, Asleep at the wheel, Commander Cody, and yes even Bob Dylan bringing a rich heritage to the show. Definitely an American edge too.
